CANCELLATION POLICY
At Senia Hair Design, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees & Guidelines Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service amount. Late Arrivals: To ensure we provide the best experience for all guests, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
